Vanessa Faura is a dynamic Peruvian-American thought leader from Callao who unites legislation, policy, and strategic initiatives, delivering over a decade of national impact. A prime-time speaker on the first evening of the 2024 RNC in Milwaukee, she addressed a global audience.

With a Master’s in Organization Development and Strategic Communications from Queens University of Charlotte, Vanessa Faura ran for Charlotte City Council At-Large, served on NC Governor Pat McCrory’s Hispanic & Latino Affairs Advisory Council, and built coalitions as a strategic consultant, speaker, and executive director of Mom’s for America political arm. As National Director of Women’s Engagement at the Republican National Committee in Washington, DC, she launched and led the Republican Civics Initiative and Women’s Walk-A-Thon – national efforts that earned widespread media attention.

She now serves as Director of Programs at Restoration of America, delivering civics and American history education nationwide. A legal immigrant turned American citizen, she passionately teaches founding principles, inspiring fellow legal immigrants and citizens to embrace and assimilate America’s ideals – equipping them with knowledge and conviction to uphold liberty and protect America’s values through principled civic engagement.
