Mayra Rodriguez is a cheerful mother of two young adults living in the beautiful rural Arizona. Mayra and her husband absolutely love taking care of their wonderful variety of animals, from their lovely chickens and goats to their playful pigs, parakeets, and dogs. Let’s not forget about Mayra’s father, who is in his 70s, living with them.

Cooking delicious authentic Mexican dishes fills Mayra with happiness, connecting her to my heritage from Mexico City. When she’s not in the kitchen or with their animals, she happily maintains their lovely home and property. Transitioning from city life to rural living has been a dream come true, allowing Mayra to grow her own food and truly enjoy every moment.
